No-bake desserts mean more time with the family and less time in the kitchen this holiday. These vegan chocolate bars are a healthier alternative to the cookies and cakes that are sure to pop up throughout the season – but taste just as delicious! Our recipe is a modified version of Gourmande in the Kitchen’s No-Bake Vegan Fudge Bars.


3/4 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup coconut butter
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup maple syrup
pinch of sea salt
1/3 cup freeze dried raspberries
1/4 cup roasted unsalted almonds, sliced
2 Tablespoons dark chocolate chunks
1 Tablespoon peppermint extract


Line a 9 x 5 loaf pan with parchment paper in both directions; set aside.

In a medium bowl set over a pot of hot water, combine coconut oil and coconut butter — stir until melted. Then, whisk in the cocoa powder, maple syrup, peppermint extract and salt.

Fold in raspberries, almonds, and chocolate chunks. Pour mixture into prepared loaf pan and let chill for at least an hour. Remove from pan and dust with cocoa powder.
