Homemade Raspberry & Mango Fruit Leather

Say goodbye to artificial coloring and sweeteners with these easy, homemade fruit leathers – no dehydrator needed! Mango and honey add some sweetness to the naturally-tart raspberries, but you can always adjust how much you’d like to use depending on desired taste. Perfect for kid’s snack time, school lunches or an on-the-go snack for yourself. 


• 3 cups fresh raspberries (allow to thaw completely if frozen) 
• 1 cup diced, ripe mango 
• 1 tablespoon raw honey (substitute agave syrup if vegan) 


Preheat oven to 170 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or Silpats. 

Blend all ingredients together using a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth. 

Divide the mixture among the two baking sheets and spread until flat (around 1/8 inch thick.) Bake for 3-4 hours, checking in every hour or so (times can range depending on how hot your oven gets. Remove from oven when the fruit mixture is dry to the touch and easy to bend. 

Let dry, cut into strips and they’re ready to go! For easy packing, place the fruit leather on wax paper, cut together and roll.
