Cabot Greek Yogurt & Fruit Popsicles

Who doesn’t love a refreshing popsicle on a hot day? These homemade popsicles couldn’t be simpler to make – and using Cabot Greek-Style Yogurt as the base makes them not only tasty, but nutritious, too! You can substitute whatever fruits are in season or your family prefers best. A sweet treat that's sure to please kids and adults alike. 

(makes 6 popsicles) 

• 1 lb Cabot Greek-Style Yogurt 
• 2 fresh kiwis, peeled and sliced 
• ½ cup pomegranate seeds 
• ¼ cup raw honey (substitute agave syrup if vegan) 


Mix all ingredients together, setting aside a few slices of kiwi to add to the molds separately. 

Carefully scoop mixture into popsicle molds, filling to top, but allowing some space for lids and sticks. Slide kiwi slices down the sides so you can see them once you remove the popsicle from the mold. 

Freeze for 5+ hours. When you’re ready to eat, loosen from the mold by running hot water along the outside for 15-30 seconds. For other flavor ideas, check out Cabot’s full line of Greek-Style Yogurts
