Fresh Fruit, Granola, and Matcha Smoothie Bowl

As we move into mid-January, many of us are still approaching our resolutions with full force – and eating healthy is at the top of many of those resolutions lists. Breakfast is an easy opportunity to start your day off on a healthy note and give yourself some extra motivation to eat well throughout the day. Keep it easy with this nutrient-packed smoothie bowl – just blend, pour, top and enjoy! 


  • 1 banana 
  • ½ cup frozen peaches 
  • ½ cup frozen mango 
  • 1 cup spinach 
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk 
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup 
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • For toppings, used blueberries, pomegranate seeds, granola, flax seeds, shelled hemp seeds, and chia seeds 


Place the banana, frozen fruit, spinach, coconut milk and maple syrup in a blender and mix until smooth. Add matcha powder and mix until well-blended. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top with our suggested toppings above - or go with what you have on hand!
