The Breast Cancer Fund celebrates 20 years of groundbreaking work to prevent this devastating disease. Shelia Hollender, Devon Gill, and Susan Johnson were on hand to represent Seventh Generation at the Breast Cancer Fund Hero’s celebration at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, CA.
Dr. Linda Birnbaum and the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences were awarded the 2012 Hero’s award for their paradigm-shifting research on breast cancer and the environment. The event also celebrated the more than 50 prior Heroes, all trailblazers for breast cancer prevention.
It was an inspirational and exciting evening and Seventh Generation is thrilled to support the the Fund’s groundbreaking work to identify and eliminate the environmental causes of breast cancer with a $20,000 challenge grant.
Now we're inviting you to lend your support to help the The Breast Cancer Fund meet our challenge and raise an additional $20,000. Every dollar you contribute makes a real difference to the work that lies ahead.
On a mission to create a more healthy, sustainable, and equitable world for the next seven generations and beyond.
