You are committed to movement building as a theory of change, and to fighting the climate crisis by advocating for systemic change grounded in justice and equity. You possess both a healthy critique of corporate activism and a belief that having more of the corporate sector fighting for systemic change is, if not critical, then extremely useful when it comes to accelerating the rate of that change.
You are highly collaborative, and value equitable relationships as a basis for collaboration. You are comfortable adapting your workstyle as needed, whether you’re in a coalition meeting, or coordinating an internal team. You are excited about harnessing the resources and capabilities of a leading sustainable business in support of the fight for climate justice.
