Recipe We Love: Energy-Boosting Green Smoothie

Cold, dreary weather have your mornings feeling a little ‘blah’? Start your routine with a quick, healthy burst of energy! Our green smoothie is packed with vitamins and minerals to help you feel recharged and ready to take on the day. 

Components: 
• 1 banana 
• ½ cup frozen peaches 
• ½ cup frozen mango 
• 4-5 leaves kale, depending on variety and size 
• 1 handful spinach 
• 1-2 cups of coconut water 
• 1 tablespoon chia seeds 

Creation: 
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Top with chia seeds, shredded coconut - whatever you'd like!
