With Thanksgiving quickly approaching, now’s a great time to break out the craft supplies before switching into meal-prep mode. We’ve gathered our favorite kid-friendly craft ideas to help you and your little ones get in the holiday spirit and focus on what you’re thankful for this season.

DIY Thanksgiving Placemat
Thanksgiving is about gratitude, and Merrilee of Mer Mag blog shows us an adorable way to help kids express their thanks this holiday. All you’ll need for her simple DIY placemat is paper and a marker!

Thanksgiving Turkey Cup
Make a turkey you can proudly display on the table during the big meal! These turkey cups from Mer Mag are made using paper cups, construction paper and a downloadable template. Use the cups as pencil & crayon holders so kids can draw before they dig in.

Thankful Tree
Bring the outdoors in! Delia Creates makes her Thankful Tree using scrapbook paper and a tree branch. Have little ones write what they’re thankful for on each leaf as they tie them to the tree.
