Relax your body and your mind with a lavender bath soak! This bath salt mix infuses your water with the calming scents of lavender and rosemary, while the Epsom salt helps ease stress and body pain. Store in a cool area of your bathroom and add a handful to your bath whenever you’re in need of some relaxation.
What You’ll Need
1 1/2 cup Epsom salt
1 tablespoon dried rosemary
2 tablespoons dried lavender buds
8 to 10 drops of lavender essential oil
Combine all ingredients and mix well, making sure the herbs and oil are evenly distributed throughout. Store the mixture in an airtight container and let rest for a day or two prior to use. Once the salt is infused with the herbs, pour into your next bath and enjoy! (Or put into a pretty jar as a winter-perk-up gift for a friend!)
