My family health tip involves the family pet - If living all natural and organic is good enough for you, it is DEFINITELY good enough for your pets! I buy only all natural and organic food for my two precious cats. Not only are they a healthier weight, but they go nuts over this food! We as humans are responsible for our pets, and I feel much better knowing I am taking care of their health from the inside out.

I am a 22 year old female living in Saint Paul, Minnesota (originally from California). I am attending college to study ecology and conservation. I work for Walmart, which I am very proud of considering their recent dedication to reducing their ecological footprint. Walmart now offers natural and organic products! I am the lead captain of my store, and we are working to plant trees, clean up highways and parks, inform elementary aged children about helping the environment, and making personal lifestyle changes.
