Get rid of the plastics in your home! Plastic offgass toxins as they break down. So when you wash a plastic item or your child chews on it, it's actively offgassing. We replaced all plastics with glass dishes for food storage, wooden toys for our children, and organic cottons for our clothes instead of polys and acrylics.
