Where do you call home?

Tucson, AZ

What tip do you have in the category of 'Green Cleaning'?

During spring and summer, try hanging your clothes to dry -- you'll be surprised by how quickly they dry and how fresh they smell. As a space saver, first put your clean, wet shirts on hangers, then hook them on the clothesline, using clothespins spaced an inch or so apart as "stops".

What shade of green are you?

Medium Green

What's your favorite Seventh Generation product?

Fabric Softener

Tell us about yourself:

I am a new mother, writer and visual artist. I enjoy traveling, camping and hiking -- and have always followed the old adage, "take only photos, leave only footprints". I've been living "medium green" for about 15 years and am always trying to find new, manageable ways to reduce my environmental impact. I love Seventh Generation products and am glad to see them lately on so many more retailers' shelves. I think they are an easy, affordable way to introduce newcomers to the joys of green living. I especially appreciate your fabric softener, since I line-dry most of my laundry. With the help of Seventh Generation, I don't have to sacrifice softness! Although I cloth-diaper my baby, I do use your diaper wipes (and also recommend Seventh Generation chlorine-free diapers to all the disposable users I know). I plan to raise my daughter in a home that promotes social awareness and environmental responsibility -- and Seventh Generation helps me to do just that.
