It would be great if the labels listed suggested uses and not only in text but in images like competing eco friendly cleaners. For example, your "Free & Clear" product says "natural glass & surface cleaner" but doesn't indicate what it means by "surface" Do you mean glass surfaces like glass table tops or mirrors or since this doesn't include ammonia do you mean general surfaces like formica or kitchen counters.
I've asked several people and all agreed the label was not clear. Other companies labels show clearly in both language and pictures what the recommended uses are (e.g. an illustration of a bathtub or shower or counter top). This is not only good for people still learning English but for me it's much easier when looking under the counter to find the right item when some of the bottles look similar. It also means quick scanning when in the market to make a purchase and make sure I buy the right item. I've nearly bought the wrong thing a few times because our supermarket has a weird way of stocking the shelves with mixed brands.
We buy alternate products when available because they show the picture and make it easier or anyone house-sitting or helping us in our domestic work and also we can make a faster decision when buying in the store because we don't have to interpret what the label means and relabel the products for them.
