I love what this product does for our environment. It was soft, durable, and did not leave lint on me. Lint really bothers me as it can fall out at odd times, hang out in undies, etc. Only reason I gave it four stars is I wish it were available in the brown recycled version. It is not made known what they use to make the toilet paper so white, other than saying it does not use chlorine to do so.
Easy to use bathroom tissue. I reflect on the other users concerns re the excessive plastic wrap. Try and use minimum wrapping!
This is the only TP I buy. I find it strong enough, soft enough, and un-fuzzy enough. I do wish it came wrapped in paper, not plastic, but I do find uses for the plastic wrap so that at least I'm double or triple using it, too. It does seem pricey, but I look for sales and coupons, and that keeps it within my reach, especially buying the 12-packs. It works for me.
I am adding my voice to the previous reviewer's concerning the plastic packaging. I ordered a carton of bathroom tissue four months ago, and the rolls were individually wrapped in recycled paper. I signed up for a repeat order, which arrived yesterday. However, the box is filled with 4-packs wrapped in plastic. Since my goal in ordering online was to avoid the plastic packaging found in stores, this is a frustrating situation. I also recently wrote to 7th Generation asking why the paper towels can't be wrapped in paper like the bathroom tissue. I received no response to that question, and now find that the bathroom tissue is also wrapped in plastic. Please bring back the paper wrappers! The tissue is just fine, and I would like to purchase it with an equally "green" packaging.
Started buying, from Amazon (yrs ago), cases of 2 ply because I did not want to add plastic (4 roll packaging) to the environment. My questions to Seventh Generation is...why can I no longer buy 2 ply from Amazon and why you, as an environmental focused company, can't find a better way to package, rather than in plastic. The plastic wrap off sets the 'recycled' factor.
