Is there a green product that works on a fungal infection?

Help! I have this itchy fungal infection under my armpits. I have never had anything like this (inc yeast) anywhere else on my body. It seems to recede and not itch for a few days the, it's back. I have recently tried organic apple cider vinegar plus teat tree oil and that dried it a bit but now it's itching again. I was wondering if SG chlorine free bleach either straight or diluted would help. Since its hydrogen peroxide anyway. Anyone ever try this or anything effective? Thanks for reading.

thank you

Thank you so much for your information and tips. My doc said it was related to the Athletes foot fungus but didn't tell me about how it stays in your clothes. That was really helpful. I hope your husband has recovered.

skin fungus

While I can't help with a truly green reply, I hope this helps you on your road to healing. My husband needed a prescription and was told to use it daily for two weeks because the fungus is in the layers of the skin, so whatever you do, keep using after the itch goes away. He compared it to Athletes Foot fungus so the same remedies should be looked at. Also, I was told because it's a plant it is actually in his clothing and when the same shirts are worn he is reinfecting the same area. They recommended wearing plain white T shirts that could be bleached with chlorine bleach. (I am looking for an alternative to that so I don't ruin all of his clothes) Also consider that your bedding would also be infected, and if you use a body pillow, it too would be have the same fungus. Consider pillow covers that can be removed and washed.
Good luck, and make your washing machine your friend.
