Everyone in our family has trouble tearing off the paper towel at the perforation. We wind up just tearing a ragged edge. Minor point, I agree but a major ugly around our house. Any suggestion or have we just run into a bad batch of paper towels?

A meeting among the world's countries called a climate summit kicked off in Cancun, Mexico on Monday. Most analysts don't expect the Cancun climate summit to result in a severe international agreement on the way to deal with climate change.

I would like to have the delicate care in a formula that can be used in HE machines. I have work clothes that would need this type of detergent, and since I am sensitive to dyes and perfumes (even natural ones such as eucalyptus) this would be a great benefit to those of us that have these types of machines.

I wish that my Seventh Generation products came in much larger sizes or with refillable options. I have just changed to use the laundry detergent and I am switching from the large bulk sizes purchased in warehouse stores, I will be recycling so much more plastic given the small size of the Seventh Generation detergent and our growing family (expecting our first in November).

There are no non-toxic leather cleaners out there! I have been looking all over for one! I can't seem to even find any online really. I would LOVE to see you make a leather cleaner/polish PLEASE!!

I have 3 indoor cats and a feral colony of 7 outdoor cats. Here in Florida, the fleas are truly awful, and I can neither afford nor, in good conscience, use commercial flea treatments.

Please offer suggestions that are tried and true. Something dietary would be the best for the ferals as they are not likely to approve a hands-on approach.

I'm such a fan of nearly every one of your products, from personal care to cleaners for my home, there's just one item missing from your line up which would greatly help me with my cleaning needs. Can you please make a version of the Swiffer wet cloths please? I have hardwood floors, a great dog (see picture) who enjoys running from the garden into the house (picture grass and mulch on my floors). thanks so much for your concern and dedication to creating great, safe products for my home.

I suggest improving the quality of the existing paper products. I am a heavy user of 7 gen products. I use 7 gen cleaners for my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. I am all for environmentally friendly products, so I tried out the toilet paper and paper towels - only to find that they are really rough on the skin!

What do you think about using natural organic jojoba meal as a cleansing scrub. It's a soft abrasive. It is currently being used in body and facial scrubs but I can see the potential for cleaning stove and counters with ease and not harmful chemicals that are bad for the skin in fact after using the right formulation with jojoba meal the skin would probably feel softer. What do you think?
