I suggest improving the quality of the existing paper products. I am a heavy user of 7 gen products. I use 7 gen cleaners for my kitchen, bathroom, and laundry. I am all for environmentally friendly products, so I tried out the toilet paper and paper towels - only to find that they are really rough on the skin! As a comparison, I usually use Charmin for toilet paper and Bounty for paper towels (I try to use kitchen rags as much as I can without using paper towels). The roughness of 7 gen's paper products is really quite noticeable, especially on the skin of my one and a half year old. I would really love it if you can make the product a lot softer. BTW - why are the paper products so rough? What in the production process impacts that?

Softer Paper Towels
I'd have to agree with the softness of the paper towels issue, too. They're a little rough, compared to the 100% recycled store brand ones that I buy.
