Seventh Generation Dishwashing Detergent

I would recommend the dishwashing detergent for anyone who gets a rash when using regular dishwashing detergents. Since I have started using Seventh Generation, I am rash free. Right now I am using the unscented. I have also used the lavender with no problem.

dishwashing soap

I too like this detergent, particularly the Free and Clear version. I have COPD (emphysema)and the usual fumes from cleaning products triggers coughing. You product is perfect for us with COPD.

doesn't bother fingers in summer; does in winter, & needs seal!

In the summer, this wonderful "free and clear" (no smell, no dyes) liquid dish detergent, agrees with my fingers. But in the winter, it bothers my fingers (cracking, bleeding), so then, I use (non-rubber) dishwashing gloves, to save my hands.

I also wish 7th Generation would put those bottle seals back on the liquid dish detergent (at least the "free & clear" ones), to prevent tampering. I was told by 7th Generation, that others said the same thing, after use of the seals was discontinued in January, 2011.

It was a good idea to have those seals, so I hope they are re-instituted asap!

Dishwashing detergent

As a retired nurse, I can truly say my hands have seen a lot of abuse. This detergent is the first I have ever used that did not cause and irritation on my skin, and it is so concentrated I only have to use a small amount to get my dishes sparkling clean. I always use 7th generation coupons and buy it at Publix when it's buy one get one free. The last I bought cost me .49 cents a bottle.

dishsoap

I started using 7G a fews years ago because the Dawn I'd been using for 20 yrs started to cause itchy blisters on my hands. I tried 7G...all flavors... and haven't been sorry. Great on dishes and easy on the skin.
