Renewable Energy

Hi All! I am in the process of making a big push in my house to go as green as possible. We are all drinking from reusable water bottles, using new lightbulbs, shopping at the local farmers markets, using cotton and canvas shopping bags (no more plastic) and many, many other things as well. I wanted to post here about a change that I am the most excited about! I checked into my local electric company and found that I could switch to renewable energy to provide my elecricity needs. In my area, my utility is working WITH renewable energy companies and will still provide emergency service, line maintenance etc, as well as billing. I had several options: wind, 60/40 wind/small hydro, small hydro. After a bit of research, we chose wind as our energy source. I did not even know this was a possibility, I simply stumbled on it while searching the web for green ideas for my house. I thought others might be interested to know that they might have this option as well. Check with your local company...the more people that use renewables, the faster this market will grow!

Renewable Energy

“As a Certified EcoBroker I am educated and knowledgeable about the choices that home and business owners have in installing and purchasing Eco-Friendly technologies. I'm helping the world stay Green one property at a time.”

I am a EcoBroker, a real estate professional that has been committed eco-friendly real estate for over a decade. Recently certified as an EcoBroker, I look forward to working with clients on both sides of the real estate sale. “I’ve been buying, selling and investing in real estate for over 9 years. I am raising my family to be Eco-conscious. I know the market extremely well. Adding this prestigious EcoBroker certification to my real estate credentials means I can impart even more knowledge to my clients. I will assist both buyers and sellers in making better real estate decisions.”

Since sustainability priorities vary from person to person and location to location, the educational aspects of an EcoBroker are critical and timely. Industry trends show that professionals such as Ms. Gonzalez are held in high regard and sought nationwide, as there is nowhere in the country currently where the supply of green housing can meet the demand. Today’s consumer wants to live in an efficient home that does not have a detrimental impact on their community. Whether it's choosing a walkable location, improving healthy indoor air quality, high efficiency solar or geothermal heating and power or focusing on water conservation utilizing super low-flow faucets, being green is about limiting and diminishing our "footprint" on our community's environment.

If your looking for a green home or would like to sell one please contact me as we need to let everyone know where to find them.

Helping the world stay Green one property at a time.

I am a EcoBroker and I can make a difference!
