Recycled Toys!

Has anyone ever recycled things to make childrens toys? I have made rattles out of soda bottles & the little mini bottles you can put water in them & little things like beads & glitter to make things for them to look at & recycly a wipe container & put fabric scraps in it & babies love pulling them out! Does anyone else have any ideas to share?

No I haven't

But I have made thing's from wood for babies, personally plastic does not biodegrade but i still prefer it over wooden toys because its more fun and has more of a plastic touch that you can get when touching someones skin when its over processed with lotions.

I have re-purposed their old pillows that they have spit up on out of other kinds of pillows they can use.

I personally was thinking of this random idea when making my kid macaroni and cheese i just realized can't i repurpose the water I use?
Itm takes 6 cups of water to make 2 bowls of mac and cheese. so what more could i do by reusing that water for more mac and cheese?
I know that many french fries can re use the oil thats left in the container when frying the fries so why not do the same to save water?
