Didn't know where else to post this, but if you could reconfigure the layout of your printable coupons to print on just less than half page, then we could turn the paper around and print another coupon on the same page, thus saving paper. As it is, it prints just below the half mark, so that if you double print, the barcodes overlap making both unusable. For sure the information on the top explaining the products could be smaller. Better yet, if we're allowed 2 coupons, why not just output 2 at once? Then we'd only have to go thru the printing process once. Thanks for the coupons!

No coupons, lost sales
With economic times and trying to be more earth friendly I tried your products but the cost became too much.
The products works satisfactory but too much money. It would be better to offer coupons so your product gets sold.
I signed up here to hopefully get $1 off to bring it to other product pricing.
Less profits for corporate though if you did this. But you cant be too greedy if you want sales.
Whats better, to sell your product and take less profit, or lose the average consumer like myself?
With that said I now make my own laundry detergent using different ingredients for different cleaners. Such as fels naphtha soap, octagon soap, mule team borax, and washing soda.
Do a search online and you can make gallons of detergents cheap. Comes to like 2 cents a load.

I agree with all other posts...if you want customers to buy your product, you need to step up and continue to offer coupons! I also got conned into signing up to get coupons only to find out you don't offer them anymore AND only specifically marked products qualify for your rewards program ( and the $13.99 I spent for 31 diapers didn't qualify)...really...
Just decided to start using your products and I must say that so far I am already disappointed with your company and customer service...I guess I have to see if the diapers and cleaning products are worth the excessive price tag.

Really? You have a link for coupons and require sign up for them, but do not actually have coupons? That's DIRTY! Good luck cleaning up this mess with your products!

We love buying your products, but like the rest of us, money is tight. How wonderful it was of you guys to offer such great values for your products. Retailers mark up your products prices making it difficult to afford. Diapers especially. Please, as you can see, the word across the board from your valued customers is, "Please bring back the coupons!!!!" We would all love to continue to support your company and it's values, all while considering our decisions and their 'impact for the next 7 generations.'

I only buy 7th gen diapers, baby products and cleaning products... money is tight now and I came on here and signed up for this crap trying to get some coupons. NO COUPONS!? Just say that you don't have any coupons then, don't make me sign up for this and then find out there is no benefit to it. I signed up today because my friend raves about your products and said she always goes to your site to get coupons. I had purchased your dish soap without a coupon, really liked it but it's a bit pricey so I decided to sign up. I googled 7th Gen coupons, it directed me to your site, asked me to register, but the, no coupons, just some stupid rewards program. Sorry, I have no time or interest in that.
There was also a Lorax - Win A Vacation contest so I thought I'd at least enter that if I couldn't get a coupon. But wait, to enter I have to "Like" you on facebook? No thanks, not doing facebook.
So... no coupons, no contest, I'm afraid it may be no more 7th Gen for me. :o(

I love seventh generation because its good for the environment but the prices are not good for my wallet if they don't bring back the coupons!!! No coupons means I will have to go elsewhere for environment friendly products. BabyGanics are also great products and sometimes offer great coupons!

I have used some of these products an they are really good. I like how well they clean an how safe they are to use with my skin were its so sensitive.
Babies r Us and Target put out coupons
Babies r Us/Toys r Us have buy one get one free sales on seventh generation, buy one get one half off, and they also have in store coupons. For example, they had one for $5 off any laundry detergent (they carry the baby kind but hey, works for me). I also find that Target will put out coupons on there website every now and again. Target seems to carry most of seventh generation's products and they have price cuts on these items from time to time. I also take advantage of free shipping from Drugstore.com and Vitacost.com as they also carry seventh generation. And if you register with them they will e-mail you discounts for money off your orders. I am not holding my breath for any coupons on this site but I love the product and will buy it when I see a good price or substitute other green products.

While buying 7gen pwdrd laundry soap on sale the other day w/coups courtesy fred meyer, I noticed the word FREE on the liquid laundry soap! Was delighted to see I wld get a free bottle dish soap when purchasing 2 liquid laundrys. The liquid laundrys were on sale, so I weighed the spend now vs later scenario, and opted for the reward of a FREE dish soap in my future! Tonight while assembling my requirements, I peel off the top labels that hide the following instructions: go to 7gen, create account, enter secret code listed below. There also hidden is the fact that this all expired on 8/31/2011....thanks alot. Rewards for doing scavenger type activities on your website???? GET REAL. I am an adult female on a hamster wheel going downhill. I've just wasted my only precious free time for the day creating a useless acct. Your 'rewards' program will not keep my loyalty to you with the amount of money I spend on grocery and household shopping trying to keep my family healthy and save mother earth at the same time. I like your products very much, but with $5 gal gas on the horizon, this once middle class shopper, who works full time at a decent paying job, but is now part of the lower middle class since COL is so much higher than wages, I will be watching your competition and looking for any and all incentives so I can continue to shop with care. One would think that 7th Generation would have gotten the hint about the coupon issue by now. I used way more Seventh G products when I had coupons to help defray the high cost. With the economy like it is, and living on a fixed retirement income, I can only afford the dish liquid and toilet paper and that may soon come to an end.
PLEASE, PLEASE, listen to your customer base and either offer coupons or better yet, reduce the price considerably. You'll sell more than by offering a stupid rewards program that people don't have time for.
There is competition out there and I have switched to other brands available readily at our local grocery stores. They are cheaper, and that's the bottom line.

I like them too. I also have no use for the rewards program. I've been a very long time buyer of your products and I prefer to purchase locally. As your products are a bit more expensive than most of the usual national brands, the coupons help, and perhaps give folks a reason to try your products. It's getting harder to find some of your products locally. I can't find your TP anywhere anymore but do buy your dish liquid and laundry detergent. There are other 'green' products out there you know!

I would be great to have the coupons back on your web site again! I did recently purchase my Seventh Generation diapers from Diapers.com and VOILA! There were coupons inside! Too bad they can ONLY be used at Diapers.com. I don't always buy items I have to have shipped.

I logged in three times over the past month to find out about the latest coupons - after receiving email newsletters from Seventh Generation - but there is not even a "click here" prompt for coupons any longer. Only a seeminly expanded, confusing "Rewards" section that I am not interested in.
May I suggest to bring together your Marketing and Web Design Departments to navigate the website together to deterimine user functionality? Unfortunately, your website has become too confusing/complex.

Like your products and buy them if I have coupons. There are other products and products I make at home if I don't find something on sale or have a coupon. When I shop, I usually buy at one product with a coupon, and pay full price for your other products. A little help in todays economy would be appreciated. By the way, I don't have time to participate in your rewards programs.
