New Product Idea?: Individually Wrapped Hygiene Packets

I am looking for a earth-friendly, non-toxic, universal wipe I can stash in my purse to clean-up sticky hands, for use after meals, wipe noses, for after toilet use, for face after exercise, ect. A bonus would be a nice light essential oil scent like peppermint, lemon, spearmint, lavender, vanilla, or orange. You might consider adding a small amount sanitizing ingredient like witch hazel. Thayer's Witch Hazel comes in a bunch of different scents. That's what gave me the thought. It would be really nice if it was flushable, came in an individual recycled-high-post-consumer-content paper package and was affordable (comparatively priced to other pre-packaged sanitary wipe brands.)
