Natural Plant Derived Ingredients

I, like many moms, am so interested in green products and their impact on my family. I applaud seventh generation for their research and products! I love that your ingredients are natural and derived from plants- that's amazing! Do you harvest your own ingredients? Where do you grow these plants, especially in that quantity (it must take a lot of plants!)? I would love to bring my family to see such a natural operation! Thanks! greenmomof4

i am allergic to some things.
some natural ingredients can be allergenic also.
it is a good thing to list all the natural ingredients too, so all consumers are safe.

When you call them natural products, does that mean your plant-based soaps are 100% plant based? What exactly does "derived from plants" mean? I heard it means that they are only partially plant based? Is that true? If so, is their carbon footprint actually lower than other lower cost detergents, like Purex Natural Elements?
