My husband and I have a two year old daughter and two cats. Outside of work (for a financial institution), I volunteer regularly in my neighborhood, most often with a cat rescue group. In addition I am on the neighborhood advisory committee. Previous to having my daughter, for 5 years I volunteered weekly with the American Cancer Society's Discovery Shop which is a line of thrift stores in California.
