Microwave Safe Drinking Container?

I like to bring hot coffee with me on my way to work. What is the best type of container for me to use to heat (microwave) my coffee and drink from?

Ceramic

Hello,

I would get a ceramic and silicon coffee mug, like this one:
http://www.amazon.com/Gerson-Ceramic-Coffee-Silicone-Sleeve/dp/B0025VK6Z6

I found one at CVS but unfortunately I can't remember the brand. It is microwave and dishwasher safe and I love it. The only thing that can be troublesome is the lid because it's silicon it can be tricky to get it on properly. Also, the silicon has a bit of an odor, which may go away after several washings, but I haven't had mine for long enough to know for sure.

FYI regarding "microwave safe" containers. Just because the packaging says microwave safe doesn't mean that it is. This term is not regulated, so I would avoid putting anything plastic in the microwave, ever.

Good luck,
