DO NOT USE ANTIBACTERIALS. Use regular mild soaps and WASH AWAY dirt and organisms when necessary. Antibacterials kill helpful bacteria and leave you more vulnerable to infection. Antibacterials lead to later strong strains of bacteria. Just use soap!

I am interested in doing as much as I can to make the least impact possible. I am not a fanatic, but I certainly try to be aware and active in these efforts. I take walks and pick up recyclables, I give away what I'm not using, and lately I'm trying to always move toward as simple a life as possible. I'm a nurse with a heart for many cultures, cuisines, and languages.
