What tip do you have in the category of 'Green Cleaning'?
I used to use those awful liquid drain cleaners when my bathroom sink would clog. Not only are they horrible for the environment and our own personal health, but they destroy pipes as well. I went to the hardware store and bought my own 'pipesnake' for $10 dollars and now when my sink backs up I just use the pipesnake and in about 15 seconds my drain is flowing again. No need to use toxic chemicals or call a plumber. It's that easy.
