Bathroom Tissue
I have been a chef for about 30 years, love love love the outdoors, have two cats, two children, a Texas Chefs Assoc. member and Jr. Liasion, I go to the high schools and try to help the kids to understand our profession, nutrition, and becoming green is a great great thing. I have grandchild that should be able to love the great outdoors, so please get green. We were the first on our block to switch lightbulbs, paper products, green shopping bags, (yes no more plastic), and natural free and clear products, from cleaning to laundry to all products that we can. I believe we should make it affordable to all people, the green products, that are available, quit telling people all the bad info and start telling the truth about the earths future which wont be bright if we dont get our act together. Our communities should offer somekind of education to the public about going green and the real effects it is having on everything. There is not public classes for people to go to, nor are they very convienent, to the public, when they are available. And Nutriton, should be more available to the public also, instead of the high profile corps. making commercials to sell to make more money rather then be more nutritional. Our obesity level would sure drop then, would'nt it! I find working with the high school kids that they know nothing except fast food!!! Parents should be ashamed!!! Lets please teach our children better. After all this is their futrue we are talking about.
