From my great grandmother: When you get seasonal ants find the corners or cracks they enter through, and sprinkle black pepper there. They will leave and not come back. I would rather have my pets stick their curious noses in pepper and sneeze than in a toxic puddle of bug spray or ant trap.

I am a long-time user of these products and love several of them. I am passionate about conservation, the health of the planet, and the health of my home and the humans and other beings in it. I aim to become more involved with Great Lakes Conservation as soon as I discover which organizations are currently involved. There doesn't seem to be a central group working on Lake Erie, for example. If anyone knows of one, please advise.
