Women Dare to Ask

Here's a great new book I want to tell you about. Cait Clarke and Neil Shister's, Dare to Ask! The Woman's Guidebook to Successful Negotiating, is all about empowering women. The writers demonstrate how relationship building, intuition, compassion, and social bonding become powerful bargaining skills when you re-frame negotiation as "collaborative conversation."

This wonderful book helps empower women to become more comfortable within the negotiating process to get what they deserve. The book contains a series of Power Tips aimed at giving women the tools necessary to a successful negotiation. Two examples: "Words are tools, keep them sharp edged," and "There are no rules, so don't be afraid to break them."

Women have achieved so much in the last century. We have to now learn how to use the power we have to negotiate the best results we can for ourselves. DARE TO ASK teaches us how to eliminate the boundaries we set up and move to a more fulfilling position.
