Customer Service Manager Sue H. has been working directly with Seventh Generation’s consumers for 11 years. Previous to coming to Seventh Generation to help take care of our amazing consumers, she spent 25 years in retail management.
Sue heads up our Customer Service team. Our service team handles all consumer care conversations through e-mail, phones and social media. Sue also leads our knowledge base management process that covers health and environmental issues; as well as product information for all our product lines. Sue is especially passionate about living the company mission as it relates to sustainability and the way we take care of our consumers.
Part of her team's commitment to service is helping to education our consumers about sustainable living practices, and helping the company make decisions based on what our consumers are really asking for.
