green cleaning around your and and business

I don't know too much about industrial cleaners but a uncle of mine also owns a restaurant and he wanted to commit to green cleaning. I told him that at home with my children to use as little as possible cleaning chemicals I bought a steam mop. Steam mops use no chemicals but just hot steam to disinfect and blast away alot of grime and grease. I purchased the H2O Mop X5 but he went to go look for a more industrial sized model. Now he steam cleans his appliances in the kitchen, disinfects his flooring and does any other job around the restaurant that requires steam cleaning.
