Feminine Waste Products

So I recently started to wonder where used feminine products end up? Are there any ways to be an environmentally friendly feminine product user??

Gladrags

I love gladrags (gladrags.com). Maybe if I knew how to sew I would make my own, but these have been great for me: long-lasting, easy to clean and they come in fun colors & patterns.
Thry also sell the diva cup.

Naturacare Pads and Liners

I tried the Diva Cup, but despite the claims that you can't feel it, I could and didn't really like it. I found Naturacare Pads and panty liners made from cotton and biodegradable lining. They work quite well.

Diva Cup

I've looked into alternatives as well, and The DivaCup seems like the best next thing to making your own products...

I have reusable feminine

I have reusable feminine products that I made for myself. I see it this way: There's no point to constantly throwing out something like pads that I could make to use over and over again. They are just as clean as any underwear that I wear after having been washed. And I also think that if it's life giving to human life as babies, it can't be all bad.
