Fabric Softener - is it Soy Based?

I know you have fabric softener - that is why I am suggesting you develop an alternative composition. I did not think I needed to read the ingredients, but apparently I should have as I had an allergic reaction to this product - is it soy based? Many and increasingly more people are reacting to soy products - is there something else you could use? If this is not it, I suggest you set up a mechanism for tracking whether people have health problems using your products - environmentally friendly is not the only consideration that matters to all of us (being extremely miserable from using your product does not increase the chances that I will buy more of your products or recommend them, regardless of my green leanings).
