While I love the 7th Gen dish soap, the new packaging has to go!! I signed up for the site just to leave a review - which I never do (or have time for). With the new lid, the no-leak valve at the top requires you to really squeeze the bottle to dispense more product. As a result, A LOT of product comes out. Usually I just want a drop or two to wash a wine glass, and I end up with about two teaspoons of product. More product wasted, means more product needed, which means more packaging needed - all resulting in more environmental impact and more money wasted. Please bring the old packaging style back!

I've used your dishwashing products for years and really liked the way they made my daily dishwashing easy and, dare I say, enjoyable. I was a bit perplexed by the new packaging, but when I checked the website I found directions on it and now would never want to go back to the old version. Thanks Seventh Generation for showing there's a new, more efficient, and more economical way.

I LOVE the size of the bottle. We live in a small apartment and the 'footprint' of the bottle fits perfectly on our sink. The soap can come out in bigger doses than ideal - and for us it is worth the trade off.

Looking forward to this form factor in Lemongrass & Clementine!

The dish soap may be fine, but the packaging is so awful that's all I think about. First of all you can't stand it upright like other dish soap bottles, so opening it is a chore because you need two hands to pick it up and flip open the cap on the bottom. Then if you squeeze it just a little an enormous amount of liquid comes out! I guess the only good thing is that this will run out fast at the rate I'm using the soap and I can go back to buying the normal bottle. If only I hadn't recycled that old bottle I'd gladly transfer this soap.

Love the dish liquid-although I don't notice much difference between this and the regular version. Please just put it in a regular bottle or pump. Takes two hands to open and there is no way to squeeze out a small amount. Not convenient. I use diluted dish liquid in my foaming pumps for hand washing and I'll use up the rest for that. Already bought a bottle of the regular stuff for dishes. I wouldn't buy again unless it has a different dispenser.
