I LOVE this dish soap. I think I like the other design better, but that's just a looks thing for me. The formula is amazing and my dishes are always clean. I only buy the free and clear formula, because I have a baby and I just don't know how sensitive she is to any fragrances, but the other scents are wonderful!
I reviewed this product inaccurately! I said I didn't know how to close the top while doing dishes, but you don't have to! Just flip the lid back and use it as a rest for the bottle! My teenage daughter figured this out! She just read the directions!
So new rating...
I hate to say this but this product is a thumbs down! The bottle is impossible to use when you are doing the dishes. When you open the flip top you need two hands! Now tell if I am wrong but I need one hand to wash and one hand to get more liquid etc.! I ended up having to lay the bottle on it's side after I got more liquid! :(
I love the scent but I would not buy this again! I think I will have to stick with Mrs. Meyers...
sorry
I am also disappointed with the new dishwashing soap container. I have arthritis in both thumbs and find this bottle very hard to use. It is especially difficult to squeeze when the level of soap decreases. I would not buy this type of bottle again.
While I love the 7th Gen dish soap, the new packaging has to go!! I signed up for the site just to leave a review - which I never do (or have time for). With the new lid, the no-leak valve at the top requires you to really squeeze the bottle to dispense more product. As a result, A LOT of product comes out. Usually I just want a drop or two to wash a wine glass, and I end up with about two teaspoons of product. More product wasted, means more product needed, which means more packaging needed - all resulting in more environmental impact and more money wasted. Please bring the old packaging style back!
