Competition BBQ Clean Up

Hello,
My husband is a competition barbecuer. He currently uses bleach based cleansers in an attempt to clean up well from all the raw meat juices. Do you have anything that he could use that would be safe for the environment while also tough on all the kitchen surfaces? I would love to see him become a green bbqer. Thanks
