My wife and I have been testing your Seventh Generaton automatic cleaning product for the past two months in our new Electorlux dishwasher. We've been looking for a natural, green cleaning product to replace our previous name brand gel tablets.
I'm here to report to your readers, your dishwasher gel doesn't pass the test! After each wash cycle, we find our dishes remain dirty, glasses spotted, and plastics come out with stains remaining. The worse quality however from your product is the terrible smell lingering in the dishwasher after each wash. When we open the dishwasher door, the fowl smell is so overpowering, it forces us to rewash the dishes a second time. Only then do the dishes and silverware come out clean.
We are both disappointed in your dishwasher product and will discontinue further use now that our last gel tablet is used up. We will be switching back to our old gel product, not as "green" but clearly superior in it's cleaning performance.
Not sure if this complaint has come in from other readers but recommend you strongly go back to the lab and do further test on this Seventh Generation product to improve it's quality.
