Healthy Baby

Make sure to read the ingredients of food, personal care, and cleaning products. Many things claim "green" or similar stature, but include dangerous chemicals. A great book that helped me understand such chemicals better when I was a new mom is Green This! by Deirdre Imus. Also, vinegar, baking soda, and lemon juice are safe and cheap products for cleaning almost everything in the household.
