???

First time I've used 7th Generation, and never will again. I have to use double the amount of towels I would normally use to clean up spills or dry my counter off after doing the dishes. Completely worthless, yet more expensive than what I normally pay. No thanks.

I am a huge Seventh Generation products fan. These paper towels, however, may be the only product of their line that I may not buy again. I am REALLY into "closing the loop" by buying recycled products after recycling almost all of my refuse, but these paper sheets are just SO thin. They rip far too easily and not according to their perforations. Also, when it's time to clean up a spill I need a little more!

Sorry SG but these need some more time with the boys & girls in R&D :(

i've been using the recycled paper towels for a number of years now; have always been satisfied with the product. just pulled out a recently purchased roll and was dismayed to find the quality significantly inferior to the towels i have used in the past.

don't know if this comes from a new facility or if the process has been changed, but the new towels are less substantial and tear more easily in all the wrong places.

hoping that this is a temporary situation as i am a big fan of the company and your products. if not i guess i'll be looking for a different paper towel :(

I have used your paper towels for many years and was dismayed to find you have apparently discontinued manufacturing brown paper towels. I like the brown paper towels better than white ones, because I know the paper does not have to be bleached in order to make it whiter, and it therefore is less processed. PLEASE return the brown paper towels to our store shelves! Thank you.
