Dishwasher tabs in resealable pouch
Ingredients:
Free & Clear Citric acid, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate and sodium sulfate, sodium silicate , polyaspartic acid, sodium magnesium silicate and ppg-10-laureth-7, sodium percarbonate, protease and amylase, and sodium aluminosilicate.
Lemon Sodium carbonate, citric acid*, sodium sulfate, sodium percarbonate, ppg-10-laureth-7, sodium polyaspartate*, sodium silicate, sodium magnesium silicate, sodium aluminosilicate, protease*, amylase*, citrus limon (lemon) peel oil*, citrus grandis (grapefruit) peel oil*, cymbopogon schoenanthus (lemongrass) oil*. *Plant based. d-limonene is a component of this formula.
Trace materials are commonly present in cleaning product ingredients.
The pouch that holds our powder formula is polyvinyl alcohol (PVA), a biodegradable polymer.

Usage:
LOAD DISHWASHER- Make sure items can be safely washed in a dishwasher. Silver, aluminum and stainless steel should be washed in separate loads to avoid discoloration. Load items with soiled surfaces facing the center of the bottom rack for optimum dishwashing.
ADD DISHWASHER DETERGENT PACK- Use one natural dishwasher detergent pack per load. Do not unwrap or puncture pack. Do not handle dishwasher pack with wet hands. Place pack in main dispenser cup and close immediately.
Re-seal package after use and store in a dry place out of reach of children. For very hard water we recommend using Seventh Generation Rinse Aid.

Cascade powder, Finish powder and liquid, and the Palmolive Eco liquid all leave a white film on my dishes even with using a rinse aid. I tried these dishwasher pacs and they work great even when I don't have the rinse aid in my dishwasher. I am a bit hesitant to try the dishwasher powder after reading the reviews. I'd like to stick with these pacs but wish they came in a larger package...or maybe the dishwasher powder could be made with the same formulation as the pacs?

This product is great! We have hard, unsoftened well water (our desire) and these little pouches work great all by themselves. I was previously using a product where you had to 'join' the organization in order to purchase the products and when shipping costs were added...too expensive! I really have found great appreciation for this superior product!

I have always encouraged everyone I know to buy this auto dishwasher detergent. It was a great product which cleaned my dishes beautifully and I never used any rinsing agent for which I was very grateful.
So when I opened a newly purchased box of the "improved formula" I was wondering how much more it could be improved because I was already so pleased after using this product for at least ten years.
Now I am sad and disappointed. My glasses and stainless steel items are being ruined. I began to notice the effects immediately. I have two more boxes of this detergent in my pantry but I don't want to use this product any more.
Now I have to go shopping for a new dishwashing powder that is environmentally friendly. I'm not sure where to look. I've always been very satisfied with Seventh Generation cleaning products, especially the Free and Clear products with enzymes.
I still love the laundry powder so please don't "change" that product.
I hope Seventh Generation can remedy the problem with the "improved" auto dish powder. It is a real problem.

I tried the dishwasher pacs and love them! They got my dishes sparkling clean, left a beautiful shine and there was no soap remaining in the dishwasher. Also, very convenient and easy to use! I highly recommend this product!
